       2024年4月22日,華大生命科學(xué)研究院聯(lián)合國內(nèi)外多個(gè)研究團(tuán)隊(duì)在 Nature 期刊發(fā)表題為Multimodal cell atlas of the ageing human skeletal muscle” 的研究論文。研究利用單細(xì)胞核轉(zhuǎn)錄組、單細(xì)胞核染色質(zhì)開放組技術(shù),結(jié)合組織染色,構(gòu)建了包含31個(gè)不同性別和地區(qū)背景的人群下肢肌肉骨骼肌多模態(tài)單細(xì)胞圖譜。通過對387000多個(gè)細(xì)胞/核的深入分析,研究人員詳細(xì)描述了細(xì)胞群體在衰老過程中的變化,包括老年人群新出現(xiàn)的細(xì)胞群體,以及這些變化背后的細(xì)胞特異性特征和多細(xì)胞間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)互動(dòng)特性。該研究在轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)和表觀遺傳學(xué)層面上深入探討了與骨骼肌衰老相關(guān)的分子機(jī)制。
